Hey there! I’m John Copfer, the face and hands of JKC Woodwork located in Dallas, Texas. My story starts in Salt Lake City, Utah-- a place I still hold dear because of its mountains and my lifelong love for skiing. Now, I’m living the Texas life with my amazing wife Ana and our two spoiled golden retrievers, Denver and Louie (who are the true bosses of our home).

Woodworking started as a fun hobby for me—a way to channel my love for creating things. Over time, this hobby turned into a wonderful business, JKC Woodwork, where I get to share my passion with others.
Whether it’s custom wood furniture, unique gifts, or one-of-a-kind decor pieces (and yes, the possibilities are truly endless), every piece has been made with love, special attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and that personal perfectionist touch that sets my work apart.
